By purchasing any artwork from me, you automatically agree and are completely aware to these following terms. Please read carefully, so you can properly understand every mentioned part. I reserve the right to deny any commission going against my terms and policies. These terms are subject to change at any time. If you have any questions of any kind, you may contact me through email:

General informations
✦ I have the right to deny any commission for any reason, especially if they go against my terms of services.✦ I retain all the rights for my work. You must credit me if you post my work, on any platform. Furthermore, I keep the right of publishing it on my networks, galeries and portfolios, as well as promoting myself with it. If you have any problem with that and wish your commission to stay private, please tell me before purshasing any artwork.✦ Terms of usage for artwork you purchase from me:
- You may NOT use the artwork for commercial reasons otherwise agreed upon.
- You may NOT use the artwork for any sort of NFTs/Blockchain/cryptocurrency.
- You may NOT sell the artwork in any way. It was made for you, not for resells or trade.
- Additionally, you may NOT use the artwork for training AI.
- You can, once you have purchased and received the artwork, use it for personal purposes: import it into your galleries, website, use it as an avatar, profile picture, banner, wallpaper, icons, etc. The only condition is: CREDIT me when you share.
- You may NOT use my art, copy it, trace it, make it your own.
- The artwork you purchased belongs to you. However, you may NOT appropriate the art to yourself by bragging about having drawn it, to erase my watermark or to add one.✦ You have the right to make personal use of your commission in any way (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, or to import them in your gallery while CREDITING me) as long as it does NOT concern : a commercial use or claim yourself as the original artist.✦ Please stay polite, talk to me correctly and consider me with a bit or respect. I am not your "friend", and especially not your slave. It is also important to consider that I do NOT tolerate being flirted with by my clients.
My prices
✦ Prices are not negociable. It is important to consider the job of an artist as a real job. We work for hours to satisfy your desires, so please be respectful.✦ I also ask you to have the money to pay before purchasing any artwork, so to avoid any paiement waiting time or slowing down the process.
The Process
✦ When my commissions are open, you will have access to a form to fill out to place an order. I won't go through any other way to order to takes yours. No need to come and contact me privately on my networks. You will need to enter all the requested fields. Of course, you can contact me if necessary on my email or Discord for any information relating to this form if you need it. The information I ask for in the form is:
- The commission type (reference sheet, icon, etc).
- References and/or short & define descriptions of the character(s).
- What you want the character(s) to be doing and expression.
- The overall mood of the artwork.
- If ordering an image with a painted background, describe the specific environment you want, time of day, or what the weather to be like in the picture.
- Your PayPal email address for the invoice.✦ I reserve the right to CHOOSE orders depending on what I want to draw. Drawing must be fun for me! When your order is approved, you will be placed on a waiting list on my trello. I would not start the order until I was paid.✦ Payment is made by PayPal payment invitation with the price of your order. As soon as the latter is well paid and received, I will start your order.✦ An order can take from a few days to several months (3 max) to be drawing. Thank you for being patient and not chasing me every time, every day. You can ask for news every week at the limit, but NOT all day long! Understand that my orders are also made according to my inspiration, my availability and any other vagaries of life.✦ I don't set deadlines for completing an order. However, I will try my best to respect the times. If an order must be made before a certain date, please go see another artist.✦ Normally, I always send three WIPs after payment: the sketch, the clean and then the color. You can request more WIPs if you wish, but this must be specified in advance.✦ When the order is complete, I will send you the artwork in full resolution PNG by email or from a Google Drive link. Be careful to SAVE your order in safe places, it can disappear from my files after several months because I don't always keep everything!✦ Unless discussed upstream, the order will be imported into my galleries in the days that follow, or even a month. I will always credit characters belonging to you.
How payments work
✦ Payments must be made in EURO (€) via a PayPal invitation.✦ You cannot pay on your own initiative, nor without my consent.✦ I currently do not accept paiement plan.✦ When paying, be careful to pay me as a professional and NOT as a close friend!✦ I do NOT agree to start your order from scratch if you are not satisfied. I can agree to make a few small changes, in this case no more than three after the sketch, but NO drastic changes!✦ Beyond these three small changes, I will charge you for any changes accordingly.✦ I do NOT accept cancellations or refunds when I have received your payment and have started the order. If you come to be reimbursed, it's because I decide to stop your commission for personal reasons. You will then only be reimbursed 60% of the price.✦ Orders canceled and have not been started will be fully refunded.
Additional adopts & customs terms
✦ You retain all rights to the character of any design purchased from me, be it a custom or adoptable. However, I still retain the rights to the original artwork I’ve created. That means you cannot use the artwork I created for commercial purposes (like merch or prints) unless otherwise agreed upon.✦ What you can do:
- Upload the charadesign/custom/adoptable to your personal websites/galleries.
- Use the charadesign/custom/adoptable for any personal used you wish (original stories, roll plays, etc) if you CREDITING me.
- You can resell the charadesign/custom/adoptable if you don't want it anymore, but not more than you purchased it to me UNLESS you have other artwork of them.
- I may keep or resell any rejected concepts if they are not claimed by the client.
